Our choice for accommodation was the Missoula KOA, strategically situated in the heart of the city. The charm of this park was in its thoughtful offerings. From practical 50 amp hookups and dependable Wi-Fi to spacious sites that easily accommodated our setup – towing our trusty Jeep included – they had us covered. The separate parking pad was a thoughtful touch, ensuring our vehicle had its own cozy corner.

Now, let's talk about the great outdoors. The sight of lush green grass was a refreshing treat, giving the place a natural, welcoming vibe. The amenities didn't disappoint either. A cool pool to beat the heat, bike rentals for leisurely exploration, and the essential firewood for those cherished campfire moments. What stood out, though, was the seamless access from the interstate – a rarity that made our journey smooth and stress-free.

As the day transformed into evening, our taste buds led us to Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom. The menu offered wholesome salads and pizzas that hit the spot, with an interesting twist – cauliflower crust. While it might not replace the classic, we were pleasantly surprised by its flavor and guilt-free appeal.

For our nighttime adventure, we ventured to the Great Wolf Peak Casino, conveniently a short drive away. The casino was a hub of entertainment, boasting various games and dining options. We also joined the SKG Premiere Rewards program, which, though not flashy for newcomers, held the promise of future benefits like free or discounted gas.

While our luck at the casino didn't create riches, it did create memories. The atmosphere was inviting, and even without winning big, we left with content smiles.
